What is Voice Print?

Voice Print is voice recognition technology. It allows us to use your voice to validate your identity when you call Bank's Customer Service Center to speak with one of our representatives.

How does Voice Print work?

Like your fingerprint, your Voice Print is unique to you. We only need 30 seconds of your voice to create your one-of-a-kind Voice Print. The next time you call Bank’s Customer Service Center, we can use your voice to quickly verify it’s you.

How do I start using Voice Print?

It’s easy! The next time you call Bank’s Customer Service Center, we will create your unique voiceprint. The creation of your Voice Print helps reduce the need to answer verification questions so we can focus on assisting you.

Is Voice Print secure?

Like your fingerprint, your voiceprint is unique to you. Voice Print is not a recording; it uses complex technology to mathematically identify your voice characteristics.

Can someone use a recording of my voice to access my account?

While verifying your voiceprint, our technology analyzes if the voice is a recording or a live person. If suspected of being a recording, the caller will be prompted for additional account verification information.

What if I am sick?

Hundreds of voice characteristics are represented in your Voice Print, only a few of which are affected by a cold. In cases where your voice is severely affected, we’ll verify you with alternate methods.

Will I still need to answer security questions?

There could be instances when we are unable to make a positive verification using Voice Print. In that case, we may ask you security questions to protect you and your accounts.

Can I opt out?

Yes, participation is completely optional. However we believe you will find Voice Print to be a simple, secure and more convenient verification method.

If I change my mind later, can my Voice Print be deleted?

Yes, you can remove your Voice Print at any time by calling +1 (805) 285-3966 and speaking with an agent in our Customer Service Center.
